This document is intended to aid property owners and design professionals understand the regulations applicable to Downtown Superior, formally known as Superior Town Center Planned Development (PD).

Seven distinct Final Development Plans (FDPs), each with its own building standards and regulations, govern this Planned Development. In addition, design in Downtown Superior is regulated by a set of architectural guidelines.
