The Town Clerk's Office provides services to the Town, including preparing agendas for the Town Council, attending Town Council meetings, preparing minutes of these meetings, processing business and liquor licenses, maintaining accurate records of ordinances, resolutions, minutes, and Town Council agenda information. Other related services include conducting elections and responding to citizen inquiries and complaints.

2026 Renewal Notices

2026 renewal notices will be generated and sent by mid December 2025 with renewal and fees due no later than January 31, 2026.

Please note, The Town of Superior Board of Trustees recently adopted an Ordinance amend its business license application process to comply with Senate Bill 22- 032.

Businesses are no longer required to apply for a business license if they are a:

  • Nonprofit corporations or businesses, excluding federal, state and municipal corporations
  • Businesses without a physical presence in the Town
  • Businesses with only an incidental physical presence in the Town

Section 11-5-30 of the Superior Municipal Code requires a Mobile Vendor for all vendors selling goods in the Town of Superior.



Home Occupation

Pursuant to Section 16-6-140 of the Superior Municipal Code, proprietors of home occupations are to submit a completed annually to the Town Clerk.
