The Town Clerk's Office provides services to the Town, including preparing agendas for the Town Council, attending Town Council meetings, preparing minutes of these meetings, processing business and liquor licenses, maintaining accurate records of ordinances, resolutions, minutes, and Town Council agenda information. Other related services include conducting elections and responding to citizen inquiries and complaints.

Business and Mobile Food Vendor Licenses

The Town of Superior requires all new businesses with a physical location within the Town of Superior that collects sales tax to apply for a business license and renew it annually.

License Fee renewed annually For the Calendar Year (January through December:

General business license fee $75.
Mobile Food Vending fee $100 includes business license.

Businesses are no longer required to apply for a business license if they are a:

  • Nonprofit corporations or businesses, excluding federal, state and municipal corporations
  • Businesses without a physical presence in the Town
  • Businesses with only an incidental physical presence in the Town

Pursuant to Section 16-6-140 of the Superior Municipal Code, proprietors of home occupations are to submit a completed annually to the Town Clerk.
