During Thursday’s Town Council and Rock Creek HOA Board Work Session, fence maintenance and waste hauling services were discussed.
In the October Cultural Arts and Public Spaces (CAPS) Committee meeting, the committee heard public comment and then received updates from staff on prairie dog installation, a staff meeting with Street Wise regarding a potential 2026 mural festival, and the status of the Rock Creek tunnel mural with regards to upcoming tunnel leak repairs. The committee then heard updates on the ongoing art signage project, and got a debrief on the Oct. 20 meeting of the Marshall Fire Remembrance subcommittee. The committee discussed the potential 2026 mural festival at length, as well as how to program the digital screens for 2026 and the remainder of 2025. Finally, the committee discussed the 2026 work plan, including efforts to be involved in Sundance Film Festival planning.
