In the March Cultural Arts and Public Spaces (CAPS) Committee meeting, the committee began by hearing from staff on the date for the committee's dinner with the council (Aug. 25), ongoing public art maintenance tasks, and upcoming deadlines for event publication content. The committee then heard a status update on the Marshall Fire Memorial Subcommittee's (MFMS) progress developing an RFQ for the Marshall Fire Remembrance, followed by the status of two upcoming events: an "Art Meets Nature" Pairing (May 22) and an instructor-led photo walk event (May 10). The CAPS committee then spent most of the meeting planning events and installations outlined in the 2025 work plan, including: future Pairings, geocache deployment, a Rainworks installation, several music events, and mural painting. The final portion of the meeting was dedicated to discussing committees priorities for the Superior ARTery in 2025.
