Boulder Film Friends in Superior, a free monthly independent film series from the Town of Superior’s Cultural Arts & Public Spaces Advisory Committee, continues on March 27 with "Prime Minister."

In August 2017, 37-year-old Jacinda Ardern became New Zealand’s opposition leader just weeks before a national election, and then two months later became Prime Minister. Soon after, she learned she was pregnant, becoming only the second world leader to give birth while in office.

The documentary by Lindsay Utz and Michelle Walshe follows Ardern over seven transformative years, offering unprecedented access through intimate home footage shot by her husband and revealing interviews recorded during her time in power.
