Personal data will not be shared with any other person or entity by the Town or its affiliates or partners, unless authorized by you or as required by law. The Town and its affiliates and partners will not market or sell your personal data.

Mobile Devices

The mobile app includes an option to snap and submit a photo of the issue with your device. It will also automatically find the location using GPS, if your device has GPS capability. Download the mobile app from Google Play or the Apple Store by searching for "Superior Click and Fix."

The Town of Superior is using SeeClickFix, powered by CivicPlus, an online and mobile service request system, to power its mobile app and reporting forms. Superior Click and Fix is an application that allows residents to report non-emergency-related issues. SeeClickFix can be used on the web on a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. SeeClickFix is a public application. The description entered will be visible to the public. Your display name will also be visible unless you choose to submit as Anonymous. Your email address will never be displayed publicly.  Users registering on the mobile application also agree to CivicPlus’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Email Subscription & Text Message Alerts

Granicus provides the Town’s govDelivery email and text-notification services. When you subscribe or interact with these services, Granicus may collect information such as your name, email address, mobile number, IP address, browser information and service activity. This information is used to deliver requested communications, manage subscriptions, authenticate users, protect against automated activity, troubleshoot issues, measure campaign performance and improve service functionality. Granicus states that it does not sell personal information, although information may be shared with contracted service providers or disclosed when required by law.

Granicus uses essential cookies and related technologies, including web beacons and tracked links, to operate its services, remember preferences, maintain security and measure email opens and link clicks. Some necessary functions may use third-party providers. Cookies can be controlled through your browser, although disabling them may limit service functionality.

Text-message subscribers may be charged standard messaging or data rates by their wireless provider. Reply STOP to 468311 to stop all text alerts sent through govDelivery, or reply HELP for assistance. Mobile numbers are used to provide requested updates from participating organizations.
