Can I charge for my event or host a vendor market?

To ensure our community rooms remain accessible for public use, we do not allow reservations for commercial purposes. This includes events where admission is charged, products or services are sold, or any form of financial transaction takes place.

What if I have further questions about my event type?

If you’re unsure whether your event fits our guidelines, we’re happy to help! Please reach out to our team at timb@superiorcolorado.gov for more information.

Food, Drink & Décor

Can I bring food or alcohol?

You are welcome to bring outside food! We just ask that you coordinate the details of what food you will be bringing. Food cannot be prepared or cooked in the facility.

While outside alcohol isn't permitted, you can arrange bar services through Serendipity Tap n Café (info@serendipityfood.com) with at least two weeks' notice.

What are the rules for decorating?

We want your event to look great! Please use painter’s tape only for decorations. To keep our facility usable for other reservations, we prohibit glitter, confetti, and open flames.

Logistics & Policies

What is included with my room?

Your reservation includes the room’s tables and chairs, plus access to TVs and AV cables in equipped rooms.

How do I get into my room on the day of the event?

Simply check in at the front desk. Our Guest Services team will do a quick walk-through with you and unlock the space.

What if I need to cancel?

Plans change! You can cancel through your online CivicRec account or by emailing TOSPROS@superiorcolorado.gov. We ask that you cancel as soon as possible so another neighbor can use the space. Please note that "no-shows" may result in a fee for future bookings.
