Rock Creek Parkway traffic shifts on June 19 due to construction

Rock Creek Parkway traffic will shift on June 19, as construction on the road moves into its next phase.

Durning this phase, the north half of Rock Creek Parkway between S. Indiana St. and S. 88th St. will be closed for roadway reconstruction for roughly 5 weeks. Two-way traffic will be open on the south half of the road, cyclists are requested to utilize the sidewalk through the work zone.

Indiana & Original Town Alley Construction Project Updates

Update: Reconstruction of Indiana Street from North Torreys Peak to McCaslin Boulevard will begin Monday, June 8. Phase 1 includes the full road closure of Indiana Street from North Torreys Peak Drive through Mount Sopris Way.

Construction on the Alley and Roadway stabilization project in Original Town began on June 1 and will run through early July.

Street sweeping notice for June 2-4

Weather permitting, on Tuesday, June 2, through Thursday, June 4, the Town will work with a contractor to sweep the streets of Superior. The majority of roads in the Town are scheduled to be swept during this time.

Many of these roads are residential; therefore, please make sure vehicles are not parked on the road so that our crews can thoroughly sweep all streets.

Rock Creek Parkway underpass closure March 30 to April 1

To safely complete this work, the underpass will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, March 30, through Wednesday, April 1.
