5. Executive Session

a. Executive Session to hold a conference with the Town’s attorney to receive
legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b),
regarding the process for amending Planned Developments in the Town.
b. Executive Session to hold a conference with the Town’s attorney to receive
legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b),
regarding the potential formation of an entertainment district in Downtown
Superior.
c. Executive Session to hold a conference with the Town’s attorney to receive
legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b),
and to instruct negotiators and develop a strategy for negotiations, pursuant to
C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e), regarding landscaping features in the Rock Creek
Neighborhood.
