The Town of Superior will conduct preventative maintenance on several streets throughout the Town. The work is tentatively scheduled to start on Friday, Feb. 7 and will continue into next week, weather pending.
Mastic repairs will be performed on Sycamore Street and 76th Street near the Superior Marketplace and several residential streets in northeastern Rock Creek — primarily between South Pitkin Avenue and 88th Street.
Mastic is a hot-poured asphalt mixture used to repair cracks, potholes, and other damage to roads and sidewalks. It's a durable, self-leveling material that can last for years. Installation is quick, though residents can expect temporary lane closures during work.
