Draft Superior Comprehensive Plan available for community to review

For over a year, the Town of Superior has been working to update our Comprehensive Plan. This guiding document serves as a framework for decision-makers and residents, outlining a vision for the Town’s future.

The Comprehensive Plan Draft is now available for public review! The draft will be open for comment until Jan. 30.

Please review the plan and share your thoughts through the feedback form on Shape Superior.

Additionally, the community is invited to attend the following meetings at Superior Town Hall (124 E. Coal Creek Drive) to share comments and feedback:

• Planning Commission: Feb. 3 at 6 p.m. (request for recommendation)
• Town Council: Feb. 9 at 6 p.m. (introduction and presentation)
• Town Council: Feb. 23 at 6 p.m. (request for action)

Residents who are unable to attend in person or virtually on the evenings of these meetings can write to the Council at TownCouncil@SuperiorColorado.gov in advance of the hearings.
