Impact Fitness - Senior Yoga (50+) 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 7-28: Breathe and reconnect with yourself with a gentle yoga class that's accessible for beginners and people of all fitness levels. Hatha yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one!

Indian Cooking Class (5+) Noon to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11: Join Chef Akila for a vegetarian and gluten-free Indian Cooking Class! Participants will make Nei soru/ghee rice (an aromatic and buttery rice dish) and Soya curry (a hearty dish made with textured soy chunks) and enjoy the meal after class.

Inventors & Explorers (5 to 11 yrs) Various times, Oct. 13-14: Enjoy fun-filled, hands-on activities highlighting inventors that changed our world through their exploration! There are full- and half-day camps available for youngsters looking for activities to stay busy over fall break!

Parenting with Purpose (18+) 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 14 - Nov. 18 or 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 15 - Nov. 19: Empower yourself as a parent or caregiver with this evidence-based coaching series designed for parents of children ages 8-12. Two sessions available to accommodate different schedules!

Superior Civic Space

We're excited to announce that the new Superior Civic Space is officially open for the community to use! With room for about 400 people, it’s perfect for working, relaxing, or hosting small events. Residents can rent it for $150/hour and enjoy access to the main event area, a conference room, lobby, and available equipment.
