Four rounds of feud-style trivia. Teams go head to head, and the two top-scoring teams battle it out in a championship round. There's no cost to play and a lot of fun to be had!

N'Balance for Falls Prevention (60+) 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 22 - Dec. 10: Engage in exercises and movements to improve balance and coordination, strengthen lower body muscles, and increase confidence. This class is led by a registered occupational therapist from Avista Adventist.

Learn Spanish Colorado (18+) 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursdays, Oct. 30 - Dec. 18: Come learn Spanish with a Native instructor in an interactive and fun environment with a small class and established curriculum! This multiweek course focuses on communication and culture.

Impact Fitness - Senior Yoga (50+) 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesdays, Nov. 4-25: Breathe and reconnect with yourself with a gentle yoga class that's accessible for beginners and people of all fitness levels. Hatha yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one!

Reset and Reconnect (18+) 6 to 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5: Are you ready to reconnect with yourself? Explore practical tools to do so, including meditation, energy awareness, and grounded self-reflection! No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and an open mind!

Superior Civic Space

We're excited to announce that the new Superior Civic Space is officially open for the community to use! With room for about 400 people, it’s perfect for working, relaxing, or hosting small events. Residents can rent it for $150/hour and enjoy access to the main event area, a conference room, lobby, and available equipment.
