This week's featured programs include a guided meditation and sound bath and a course to help you learn how to stop bleeding injuries.

Join Crystal Chinn for a guided meditation and sound bath experience. Use sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. (SF⭐)

Stop the Bleed Course (16+):
Tuesday, April 22, 6 to 7 p.m.
A bleeding injury can happen anywhere. Become an immediate responder by learning how to control bleeding with ACS Stop the Bleed. Class will be taught by staff from AdventHealth Avista Hospital. (SF⭐)


Keep your kiddos engaged with school break camps

Drop-in Createry Workshops (6-12 yrs): April 18 + 21
Morning Session9 a.m. to noon
Afternoon Session: 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.

When school is out, we are in! Each day, participants will create fun projects, play games, and get up to their elbows in ooey gooey fun. A half-day Createry camp includes one main project, one snack break, and free creating time.

Snapology

Snapology - Springtime Scientists + Take-Home Build! (6-12 yrs): April 18 + 21 from 9 a.m. to noon

Snapology campers will celebrate the start of spring and engage with concepts from the fields of earth science and biology in this two-day mini-camp, using LEGO® bricks and other interactive learning tools. Each camper will get a spring make-and-take build to take home.
