The Town of Superior is seeking to fill its Building and Code Analyst and Guest Services Associate part-time positions!

Building and Code Analyst

Duties the Analyst will be responsible for include building-related energy policy, research, data analysis, and grant support. They will split their time 70/30 respectively between the Planning Department for implementation, permitting, data, and code support, and the Sustainability Division for policy and analysis and research.

This position is grant funded through the Denver Regional Council of Government (DRCOG) Building Policy Collaborative sub-award grant program. Assuming continued receipt of grant funds, the duration of this appointment is approximately four years. In the unexpected occurrence that grant funds are rescinded before the four-year term concludes, this position may be terminated.  

Hiring range for this position is $35.01 - $43.27 an hour. Applications close on Feb. 2 at 5 p.m.

Guest Services Associate

This is a part-time position working at the Town's Community Center and Civic Space,  which is open year-round. Workweek and working hours vary with assignments Monday through Sunday and include evenings, weekends, and select holidays. The Guest Services Associate provides administrative, reception and program support for the Town's Community Center and Civic Space. The position requires frequent patron and customer contact both in person and on the phone.

Hiring range for this position is $18.20 - $19.50 an hour. Applications close on Feb. 19 at 5 p.m.
