The Department of Local Affairs has announced upcoming deadlines for Housing Recovery Program applications as they begin the program’s closeout process.
April 15, 2025 – All previously submitted applications must be complete, including all requested documentation, and ready for review.
May 30, 2025 – Final award decisions will be issued by Impact Development Fun. Homeowners have 10 business days from the date they receive their decision to either accept the award or begin the appeal process.
June 13, 2025 – Deadline for homeowners who received an award decision on May 30 to accept the award or submit an appeal.
June 30, 2025 – All awarded loans will be funded. No additional awards or appeal decisions will be made after this date.
