Join your neighbors for a red, white, and blue good time at Superior's annual 4th of July Celebration!
With pancakes, live music, games, bubbles, and entertainment for all, it's sure to be fun for the whole family.
Unfortunately, the annual Superior Downhill Mile and the parade are paused this year due to construction on Rock Creek Parkway. The Town is working hard to complete the bulk of the roadwork during the summer to avoid impacting school traffic.
The good news? The 4th of July Celebration at Community Park will be bigger and better than ever! Bring your patriotic spirit and celebrate with the community!
The event kicks off with the National Anthem, performed by Monarch PK-8 student Scarlett Thompson.
As usual, you can grab delicious (and free!) pancakes sponsored by Spice of Life and served by the Rotary Club of Boulder Valley, with pancake sprinkles sponsored by Aces (Relish Food Hall).
Enjoy Americana and bluegrass music from Ms. Amy and the Jet Set, plus stilt walkers, inflatables, games, the Goat Bros petting zone, and bubbles galore!
The Superior Chamber of Commerce is coordinating a variety of local business exhibitors. Superior's Arts and History Department will host a national, visual exhibit exploring special historical moments in honor of America's 250th anniversary, while the Superior Historical Commission honors Superior's 130th anniversary.
Free parking and an accessible shuttle service will be available at Lot 15 at the corner of Coalton Road and McCaslin Boulevard, across from Coalton Trailhead. The shuttle will run every 15 minutes between Community Park and the parking area from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Please be aware that there will be no bike valet. Bike racks will be available, but owners are responsible for parking and securing their own bikes.
The Town is partnering with Bambei Brewing to offer the community a fun way to end the day. Stop by Bambei Brewing (100 Superior Plaza Way, Suite 102) for live music by the local 5280s Band from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
Stay to watch the Louisville fireworks from the designated viewing area in the parking lot east of the brewery. Please feel free to bring your chairs and blankets, and enjoy the show!
