Mike was elected to serve on the Town of Superior’s Board of Trustees in the November 2024 general election. Prior to his election to the Town Board, Mike served as the Chairperson for Town’s Advisory Committee for Environmental Sustainability (ACES) since 2020 and in November 2023, was elected to the Town’s Home Rule Charter Commission.
Mike has worked in local government most of his career including the City of San Jose, Jefferson County and Boulder County. He also worked in the private sector with Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Most of his career has been working to solve challenging issues facing the public, which has required a lot of creative and out of the box thinking.
Mike and his wife live in Downtown and enjoy hiking on local trails and experiencing the great outdoors.
