Town Council Meeting

April 27

During Monday’s Town Council meeting, the council: held a joint dinner with the Open Space Advisory Committee; conducted advisory committee interviews for the Cultural Arts and Public Spaces Advisory Committee, Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, and Planning Commission; received a project update and held a discussion with staff regarding the Rock Creek Parkway 2026 Reconstruction Project; made proclamations for Small Business Week, Economic Development Week, and World Migratory Bird Day; approved the settlement statement for the consolidated case of In Re Marshall Fire Litigation; approved an addendum to the Professional Service Agreement between the Town and Superior Metropolitan District No. 1 and the law firms of Baron & Budd, P.C., and Diab-Chambers, P.C., for legal services; approved a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Unisus Development Co. for the Town-owned property located at 127 East Coal Creek Drive; approved an Intergovernmental Agreement with Boulder County for the Boulder County 2026 Youth Corps Program; approved the service agreement with Bicycle Transit Systems Int. to provide an electric-bike sharing program in Superior; approved the Resolution of Substantial Compliance for 7494 Marshall Road, in compliance with the Municipal Annexation Act of 1965 and the Superior Municipal Code; and approved a Final Development Plan for Lots 3, 4, and 5 of Block 7, Superior Town Center (Downtown Superior) for a food hall and pizza parlor.
