Aug. 19
Planning Commission held a meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2025, to review and make a recommendation regarding the proposed Final Development Plan (FDP) for Kite Route Crossing on Lot 21, Block 1 of Discovery Office Park. Commissioners voted 7-0 recommending approval of the FDP. Staff also provided an update on the Comprehensive Plan Update and community engagement next steps.
Aug. 20
The Committee reviewed and discussed the various projects that are slated to begin in the coming months, pending final approvals by the Town Council. The group also discussed the plan for the Chili & Beer Fest, which included the availability of current swag inventory along with suggestions for our next swag order, to be handed out at the PARC tent during the event. Justin Willis will be representing PARC at this year's CPRA Conference in Vail. Group members will meet before the September meeting at Founders Park to conduct a park walk-through.
