March 19
We talked about our pool walk and got an update on pool renovations as well as reviewed potential survey ideas for the pools. There will be a public engagement at the next PARC April 16 meeting starting at 6 p.m. Went through the top eight priority items for 2025 and started and will continue to brainstorm on specific ideas for top eight items. Saadia gave a quick update on the Marshall Fire subcommittee and we will be walking Wildflower on May 21 at 6 p.m. We went over how we can aid in See-Click-Fix and we will be having our annual Town Council meeting on May 12. Lastly, we went through project updates about Community Park Playground, Central Park, Civic Space, and Disc Golf Course at Autrey Park.
March 21
At the March meeting of the Historical Commission, recent activities, such as the Spring Educational Program, were reviewed. Scott Phillips briefed the group on what his participation in the Indigenous Connections Summit held in Golden. Maureen Hogg took input from commissioners on an information brochure she is developing for the Historical Museum in Asti Park. Plans were made for the upcoming Museum open day on April 5.
