Volunteers needed for prairie dog fence installation project

Join the Town of Superior onSaturday, Nov. 22 from 9 a.m. to noonto install a prairie dog fence on the open space near the Coal Creek Crossing neighborhood.

This fence will serve as a barrier to prevent prairie dogs from entering or expanding their colonies into unwanted areas.

Volunteers should wear long-sleeve shirts, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. Please wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and gloves if you have them. Parking is available on the dirt road along West Coal Creek Drive where the Mayhoffer-Singletree Trail crosses the road.
