Please be advised that the Oerman-Roche Trailhead, located at 414 McCaslin Blvd., will be closed to vehicle traffic from Wednesday, June 11 to Wednesday, July 18 due to roadway construction at the intersection of Rock Creek Parkway and McCaslin Boulevard. The trail will remain open, but the parking area will be closed.
The project includes roadway reconstruction at the intersection of Rock Creek Parkway and McCaslin Boulevard. The construction will improve the roadway surface, correct drainage issues in the area, and bring the existing islands into compliance with ADA standards.
Construction will run through late August and includes detours on McCaslin Boulevard and Rock Creek Parkway, with one lane of traffic open in each direction.
