The worst of the snow is over, but please be prepared for a widespread freeze overnight on Wednesday, May 6, into Thursday, May 7.
Fortunately, roads and paths in the Town of Superior are clear, and crews did not have to spend much time plowing since the roads remained warm.
Park crews inspected and cleared the Town's paths and, when possible, worked to shake snow from trees. Heavy snow resting on trees is causing limbs to break and branches to fall, and damage cleanup will be required for the remainder of the week.

To help with post-snow cleanup, the Town of Superior will keep the Yard Waste Site (2125 Honey Creek Lane) open to allow residents to dispose of downed branches. Please remember that the site is for residents only. Don't forget to bring your ID or some form of resident identification when dropping off items.
