Crafting at Galentine's Day Teen NightSpring is just around the corner, and it's time to celebrate with a new activity that gets you outside, helps you to meet new people, or keeps you active.

Join Superior's Parks, Recreation & Open Space team to pick up a language or instrument, get creative, learn about the local wildlife, and more! While you're at it, we have a few more ways for you to get involved with your community.

More ways to get involved with your community

The herd is in the hood. Come meet your new goat neigh-baas!

The Goat Bros and their 300 goats have been hard at work with grazing operations, and it's time to meet the new kids in town! On March 1, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can get up close and personal with our favorite fuel mitigation team at the Goat Bros Meet & Greet. Look out for the Goat Bros tent in Community Park (1350 Coalton Road) near the playground, and use this time to ask questions, feed the goats with food available for purchase, or buy some Goat Bros merchandise!

Want to foster community with your neighbors? The CAPS Neighborhood Sponsorship Program can help!

Did you know that the Cultural Arts and Public Spaces Committee offers three types of neighborhood sponsorships? Create inclusive, social opportunities for neighbors to come together with a neighborhood block party support sponsorship, enjoy a memorable day or night where neighbors benefit from time spent together in a public space with a neighborhood experience sponsorship, or come together to build a community space with a neighborhood project sponsorship. Learn more about the program and apply at the Neighborhood Sponsorship Program webpage.
