Arts Off Center
Arts Off Center (2245 Main Street, Unit 4) has opened in Downtown Superior!
Previously located in the Superior Marketplace, this gallery space showcases community artists with features such as paintings, ceramics, glass, mosaic, photography, and more!
The Arts off Center will be open Monday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Stop by their new location on Main Street to browse their extensive offerings.

Lily Rae Flowers
Lily Rae Flowers (2250 Main Street, Unit 2) is opening in Downtown Superior!
Lily Rae Flowers is a new family-owned and family-operated business bringing passion for flowers, plants, and beautiful spaces to the Superior community.
In their new shop, you'll find a full-service florist specializing in custom arrangements for every occasion, along with a curated boutique and plant shop featuring unique gifts, greenery, and more.
Store Hours are Wednesday through Friday from noon to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Town offices will be closed on Jan. 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The Superior Community Center and Superior Civic Space will be open during normal hours.

Boulder Film Friends in Superior
The Cultural Arts & Public Spaces (CAPS) advisory committee will host it's second film screening in the Boulder Film Friends in Superior film series on Jan. 23 starting at 6 p.m. in the Superior Civic Space (2250 Main St.).
The film featured during this screening is "The Librarian," a 2025 American documentary that follows librarians who unite to combat book banning, defending intellectual freedom on democracy's frontlines amid unprecedented censorship in Texas, Florida and beyond.

Sip-erior Beer Fest
Hosted by Team Player Productions and the Town of Superior, join us on Jan. 31 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Superior Civic Space (2250 Main St.) to sample craft breweries, ciders, wineries, and spirits along with local vendors and food trucks while enjoying live music!
This event is split into two sessions, one from noon to 2 p.m., and another separate session from 3 to 5 p.m. Both sessions will provide the same samplings and vendors.

Arts Night Superior
Join us for the next Art Night Superior on Feb. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. Art Night is an inspiring night of creativity and community in Downtown Superior!
At this new event, you can visit the newly relocated Arts Off Center art gallery before stopping into the Superior Civic Space for live music from the Open Mic and Ukulele Jam communities! Music will play from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Alta Flatirons
A mixed-use development adding 251 additional residential units which includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. Amenities will include a lobby area, a clubroom, co-working space, conference and game room, fitness center, a pool and spa courtyard with a grilling area, indoor/outdoor sky lounge and deck, pet wash, and a dog park. It will also provide additional commercial space along Main Street. Construction started in May 2025 and is slated for completion in Spring 2027.

Hyatt Studios
A 57,972-square-foot, four-story extended stay hotel with 114 spacious guest rooms. Planned amenities include welcoming outdoor covered seating areas and BBQ grills and gathering areas where guests can relax and enjoy Colorado’s sunshine. Construction started in September 2025 and is slated for completion in Spring 2027.

A proposed 2-story food hall featuring an 8,450 square foot ground floor with four rotating food bays and open dining, plus a rooftop dining area with a 1,350 square foot rooftop deck and a 2,650 square foot indoor dining area. A nearby lot will host a 2,400 square foot full-service wood-fire pizza bar with indoor and outdoor dining.

Bigsby’s Folly Craft Winery and Restaurant
A proposed 7,500 square foot event-focused restaurant and winery where artisanal meets accessible. Bigsby’s Folly is a family-owned business with their original location in Denver. The owner is looking to expand into a second location in Downtown Superior.
