Here’s a spooky stat. Halloween costumes often get worn once and then end up in the landfill. Give yours a second life at the Halloween Costume Exchange.
Step 1: Clean out your closet Dig up your clean, gently used adult, children’s, and pet costumes, and drop them off by Wednesday, Sept. 30, at:
Superior Civic Space front desk, 2250 Main St., Superior
Step 2: Score your next look Head to the Halloween Costume Exchange on Friday, Oct. 2, from 5 to 7 p.m. on the second floor of the Louisville Public Library. The exchange is first-come, first-served. Anything left over will get a second life at Sister Carmen Thrift Store.
Clean out your closet, keep costumes out of the landfill, and maybe find your best costume yet. See you there!
