Indian Cooking Class (5+) Noon to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 3:Join Chef Akila for monthly Indian Cooking Classes at the SCC! Participants will make vegetable biryani (basmati rice with vegetables, herbs, and spices) and cucumber raita (yogurt-based salad).
