We’re gearing up for a fantastic holiday week ahead! No matter what brings you through our doors, a card game gathering, a community celebration, or a simple 'hello', we are happy to welcome you back home to the Superior Community Center!

Announcements

Upcoming Facility Closures The Superior Community Center will be closed Dec. 24-26 for the observance of Christmas. Regular business hours resume Saturday, Dec. 27 at 8 a.m. For the New Year’s holiday, the Superior Community Center and the Superior Civic Space will close early at 2 p.m. on Dec. 31. Both facilities will be closed Jan. 1-2 for the holiday.

Featured Programs

Family Storytime (2 to 5 yrs) 9 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays, Dec. 23, and 30: Join us for storytelling, creativity, and fun at our weekly storytime programs! Books come to life through animated readings, interactive activities, and fun songs designed to spark imagination and foster a lifelong love of reading.

Senior Ornament Decorating (60+) 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23: Join us and get creative with our laid-back craft group. This week will be a planned activity of ornament decorating for the upcoming holiday. We have materials on hand and we welcome you to bring your own.

Superior Seniors 

Superior Seniors, please mark your calendars and make plans to join us for the next community events. Senior Card Games: Monday, Dec. 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. Senior Yoga: Tuesday, Dec. 23 from 10 to 11 a.m.

Superior Civic Space

We're excited to announce that the new Superior Civic Space is officially open for the community to use! With room for about 400 people, it’s perfect for working, relaxing, or hosting small events. Residents can rent it for $150/hour and enjoy access to the main event area, a conference room, lobby, and available equipment.
