Celebrate the second day of the holy Hindu Tihar festival—Kukur, "Day of the Dog." Your best friend will receive a special blessing and all the dog treats they can eat. It's free to attend. All dogs must be on a leash outside the dog park. Please only well-adjusted dogs that get along with other dogs and people.
