The outdoors are for all of us!
People with disabilities and their families are invited to an open event to learn more about accessibility in Superior and the surrounding natural areas.
Join Adaptive Adventures on Saturday, Aug. 16 from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Coalton Trailhead (3495 McCaslin Blvd.) for hourly tours of the trails with hand-cycles, recumbent tricycles, and assistive hiking devices.
Participants can learn to bike or hike with a physical disability, while families will learn how best to help their loved ones find a trail adventure. No registration is required.
