Temporary Use Permit Application for Lanterns at Rock Creek

Final Development Plan for the Marshall Road Bridge, FDP 1 Phase 10, to be constructed over Coal Creek. Public Hearing to be held at the Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 7:00PM. Public Hearing to be held at the Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 6:00PM. The Town Board Public Hearing was continued to Monday, June 8, 2020 at 6:00PM.

Final Plat Site Plan and Final Plat of Rock Creek Ranch Filing No. 25 for Parq at Rock Creek multi-family residential project, formerly known as the Zaharias Property, located southwest of US 36 and east of 88th Street. Public Hearing to be held at the Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 7:00PM. The Planning Commission public hearing was continued to Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 7:00PM. Public Hearing to be held at the Town Board Meeting on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 6:00PM.

A Replat/Final Plat for Lot 1, Block 1, Rock Creek Ranch Filing 17E to subdivide a 7.2 acre parcel into 94 individual lots and associated outlots to allow a previously approved condo development to be marketed as for-sale townhomes. Located north of Coalton Road and east of South Tyler Drive (Koelbel). Public Hearing to be held at the Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 7:00PM. Public Hearing to be held at the Town Board Meeting on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 6:00PM.

Final Development Plan, Plat and PD for Rogers Farm, 61 Single Family Residential wee-Cottage units located in Original Town, west of McCaslin Boulevard and east of First Avenue (Boulder Creek Neighborhoods). Public hearing to be held at the Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 7:00PM. Public Hearing to be held at the Town Board meeting on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 6:00PM.

Final Development Plan 5 and 6, Final Development Plan 1 Phase 8B and Plat for Superior Town Center/Downtown Superior, Blocks 26 and 27, 24 Single Family Residential units located in Planning Area 3 of Downtown Superior (Remington Homes)
