A Permit is Required for:

  • Roof replacements or repairs
  • Decks
  • Additions
  • Fences over 7 ft tall
  • Retaining walls over 4 ft tall
  • Installation of water heaters (expansion tank required if backflow is on system)
  • Furnaces and air conditioners
  • Basement finishes or remodels
  • Structural repairs
  • Replacement of windows
  • Detached accessory structures greater than 200sq ft

Plan Review Fee

  • 65% of Permit Fee
  • For Projects requiring plans

Use Tax

  • Based on 50% of Total Project Cost
  • Materials Cost assumed to be 50% of total cost

Tap Fees & SDF

  • For new Building Construction
  • Utility Taps and other development fees
