Downtown Superior Parking
We look forward to your next visit to Downtown Superior! If you are shopping, dining, or just enjoying a stroll along Main Street, free parking is provided at multiple locations (on-street limits vary from 2 hours on Main Street to 3 hours on adjacent streets). Please be sure to read the posted signs or refer to our parking map below.
In response to community feedback about parking enforcement in Downtown Superior, the Town is pausing the issuance of time-limit parking violations on Main Street and adjacent streets as the Town explores potential modifications to current parking policies. During this time, the Town will work with commercial property owners and the Downtown Superior Metropolitan Districts to determine short- and long-term options to ensure the 1,075 parking spaces in Downtown Superior are used effectively. The nearly 200 public spaces in the parking garage northeast of the intersection of Main Street and Marshall Road remain open and accessible for visitors.
The Town is working with a contractor, Parkwell, to help manage parking in Downtown Superior. Parkwell will continue to monitor and communicate with residents and business owners about ongoing parking concerns, especially on Main Street to help ensure parking space turnover for businesses. During this pause in enforcement, Parkwell will not be issuing or regulating on-street residential parking permits for residents living between Main Street and Old Rail Way. The regulatory signs will remain in place, but the QR code to access the parking application has been removed from the signs in Downtown Superior.
Please observe the time limits to help ensure on-street parking availability for all who live in or visit this active neighborhood. The privately-owned, off-street parking lots serving the residents and commercial tenants along and south of Main Street will continue to be enforced by Parkwell via a contract with the developer.
Please note that while ticketing for on-street parking time limits is on hold, all other parking rules, including safety-related restrictions such as fire lane obstruction and accessible parking spaces, will be enforced to maintain safe and accessible roadways.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as the Town and our partners take steps to improve parking in Downtown Superior. Updates will be shared on the Town’s website and social media channels.
To contact Parkwell by phone, their phone number is (720) 504-3620. Parkwell's email address is info@goparkwell.com.
