During Monday’s Town Council meeting, the Council: heard a presentation and held a discussion regarding residential waste collection services; approved an agreement with Powell Restoration, Inc. for the Coyote Ridge Trailhead construction; approved the purchase of the Coyote-Hawk sculpture and the Silencio sculpture; approved the submission of a grant application to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant Program, to fund the “Building Together: Encouraging ADU Development in Superior” project; made an appointment to the Open Space Advisory Committee; and held a public hearing and denied a request to rezone Lots 1-2, Block 2 and Lots 1-2, Block 7 of Minks Addition in Original Town from Community Business and Low Density Residential to Mixed Use.
