During Monday’s Town Council meeting, the Council: heard a presentation and held a discussion regarding Louisville Library Services; approved work plans for the Open Space Advisory Committee (OSAC), Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee (PARC), and Planning Commission; and approved a Legal Services Agreement with Baron & Budd, P.C., and Cossich, Sumich, Parsiola & Taylor, LLC regarding potential per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and related legal issues in the Town.
