Town Council Meeting

Dec. 8

During Monday’s Town Council meeting, the council: received an update regarding the Rock Creek Parkway 2026 Reconstruction Project; approved a contract extension with CliftonLarsenAllen, LLC for audit services for the 2025 audit; approved a resolution establishing an expedited review policy for affordable housing projects; approved the conveyance of certain real property to specified residents of the Sagamore neighborhood including Lots 1-8, Block 1, Lots 2-16, Block 8 and Lot 18, Block 8; approved an intergovernmental agreement with Mile High Flood District for financial participation in the purchase cost for the Colson Property at 299 S. 3rd Avenue in Original Town; approved the thirteenth amendment to the employment agreement with Matthew G. Magley; approved the fifth amendment to the agreement with Hoffman, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C., for legal services; approved an amendment to the intergovernmental agreement with Boulder County for the Co-Responder Program; approved an agreement with PG Arnold Construction, LLC to construct the Community Center reception remodel; approved a utility easement with Public Service Company of Colorado for electric service lines at 2125 Honey Creek Lane; approved an agreement with Davis Partnership Architects to develop a design concept appropriate for the Marshall Fire Remembrance Project; approved an agreement with Vargas Property Services for landscape maintenance, flowers and snow removal; and approved the revised 2026 Governmental Fee Schedule.
