Thrive Residential Application in Downtown Superior (STC)-Final Development Plan 4 for Block 14, Final Development Plan 5 for a portion of Block 26 and the associated Subdivision Plats for Blocks 14 and 26.

These approvals all relate to the proposed multi-family residential development of Block 14 in Downtown Superior/Superior Town Center (immediately southwest of Village Green Park) for 32 developable lots for Townhomes and Urban Villas, and a portion of Block 26 for 19 developable lots for Townhomes (immediately southwest Discovery Parkway).
